“Could not fault it at all, room 15 excellent two separate rooms very good as the kids had a separate room and it had a sea view, couldn’t fault the staff or breakfast, lovely beds …10 out of 10.”

“The staff were really friendly and always willing to do so much, they really couldn’t do more. Arrived with a smile, very relaxing and left feeling refreshed. Wanted to stay longer but couldn’t.”

Choose your personal favourite on Blackpool’s famous promenade: whether it’s an encounter with weird and wonderful creatures from the deep at the SEA LIFE Centre, meeting your favourite celebrities at Louis Tussaud’s, a spot of crazy golf at the Golden Isle or Pleasure Beach Resort, a visit to a pier, or checking out the cornucopia of crazy objects in Ripley’s Believe It or Not!

By night there are the world-famous Illuminations, which shine brightly for 66 nights from September to November each year. And, of course, there are miles of golden sand to enjoy at your leisure – it’s not called the Golden Mile for nothing!

“We stayed overnight at Hawkes Hotel and found it to be a very pleasant hotel, Toni (the girl running it during our stay) was very friendly and extremely helpful. The room was a very generous size and offered a tea/coffee making facility, TV, and a lovely view of the south pier and sea (Room 7).

The breakfast was lovely, cereal and juice were on offer in the dining room and a cooked breakfast was made to order. We’ll stay again and would recommend this hotel to friends without hesitation.
